Product Certification
In order to legally sell a product within the European Union and other countries, an importer, exporter or manufacturer must guarantee that the product that is going to be sell is safe and meets all safety standards of the European Union or the country in question. It must perform the relevant tests to ensure that its products meet the requirements imposed by European and / or national legislation, must prepare the regulatory technical documentation as well as keep it available to the relevant authorities, must draft the declaration of conformity (if is in European territory) and label the products adequately reporting their properties, content and possible warnings according to their applicable regulations. Also include CE Mark if applies.
