CCC Certification Mark for the Popular Republic of China

CCC certification (China Compulsory Certification or Certificate for China Compulsory Product Certification) in most of cases is a compulsory acquisition if you want to import and market a product in the Chinese market. The authorized organization to issue this certification is under the jurisdiction of the Government of the People’s Republic of China which establishes the standards and procedures that will be carried out to carry out the tests and tests to the products that apply for this certification. This certification is valid for several years with the obligation to undergo periodic annual inspections by agents of the certifying body (CCC) with the objective that the products continue to meet the standards that were obtained at the time of obtaining the certification.
